Great Learning Experience

Posted by: marcidressler on: January 19, 2009

I just wanted to say how much I’ve enjoyed learning about the sites we’ve been exploring for the past weeks. I appreciated having the chance to spend time looking around and trying to find out more about each “thing”. The best part of this experience, though, has been that we’ve taken what we’ve learned and applied it to our library. The OPL Children’s Room now has a blog, a twitter feed, a flickr account and a GoodReads account. And – now the library has a Facebook page, which we’ve already used to put in our  special event which is coming up tomorrow. Besides, it’s just been a lot of fun. I’m really glad we did this and I’m looking forward to Part II. Thanks, John!
